So again I'm afraid I don't have too much to contribute for your viewing pleasure. This last week luckily has been much warmer and there hasn't been a threat of snow since the last time which makes me a bit happier. The construction work is still going on and will probably last about another week. They are making lots of progress though and they've finished most of the insulation and are ready to start putting the walls back up in Ryan's room. Plus since they've finished the framework, there has been much less noise in the way of hammering and sawing, though I expect the hammering of some sort to commence again when they start putting the drywall back up.
In any case this week I should have much more interesting things to share as Andrea, Urs, and Ryan are going to Rome for 3 days and I'll have the house and time to myself. I plan on going to Zurich and also to the Appenzeller cheese factory and the textile museum and medieval library in St. Gallen. So look forward to some more interesting posts for this week.
