If you look closely you'll see a zebra head sticking out of the sand.

Majorca!
So we're finally in Majorca. it was a bit of a long trip. First off we woke up early to find it snowing, again! it was pretty ridiculous I must say. I think it was Mother Nature's April Fool's joke on us. But anyway a taxi ride, 2 trains, airplane, and bus ride later we finally got here at about 4 in the afternoon (we left at 8am). We were all pretty exhausted and hungry and were very grateful for the buffet dinner which is quite extensive and good. So far we haven't done much but hang around the hotel and beach, but it is very peaceful and not very crowded. Yesterday it was sunny but still a bit chilly so I am very happy that it is much warmer today and spent the morning lounging at the beach. According to my computer it is a sunny 63 degrees. I've been trying to get a little bit of sun without getting burned. I have already seen several people whose aim it seems to be burnt to a crisp. I also saw one lady sunbathing topless even though it's not a nude beach and there are children everywhere. It is a very family friendly hotel with lots of families with small children. There seems to be one family that has what looks like 7 children already and the mother is obviously pregnant again. I'm not sure I could take a vacation like this with that many children. Funnily enough I've also seen this one man with a Dallas Maverick's Dirk Nowitzski jersey on, and I'm quite sure he's German. The food is quite good I think and we have half board which basically means dinner and breakfast in the buffet. It's nice that they have a little kids buffet too with children friendly foods that Ryan has quite enjoyed. He seems to be enjoying himself in the sand and has already built countless sand zebra houses. Well I hope everyone has a nice Easter, I will be spending it on the beach (if it's not raining that is).
