Vacation!

So this week was my last week of school, yay! Or for a little while at least. I'll probably go back and complete the second part of A level at some point. But for now I'm free! I got my official certificate of completion and got a 5.8 out of 6 overall score for the class. So now we are only days away from our Easter vacation.

This past week it had become very nice and warm and it looks like spring has finally arrived. This weekend has been a bit cold and rainy, but on the whole it is looking up weather wise. On Friday our neighbor Monika invited me to go play volleyball with her little club. Everyone was very nice and we played for about an hour and a half. I am obviously very rusty because I am now so sore in my legs and my arms are all sore and a little bruised from hitting the ball. Yesterday Urs and Andrea went for a dinner at the restaurant just a little ways down the street, so I was left to babysit. Ryan was pretty good and didn't fight me on going to bed. It did seem to take him forever to fall asleep though. He finally fell asleep at about 10. I decided that I would watch a bit of tv and watched the ends of Armageddon (horrible movie) and The Man in the Iron Mask (not really any better of a movie) in German and then watched some of The Bourne Identity (a fairly decent movie) in French. Andrea and Urs came home while I was watching it and Andrea stayed up and was brushing up on her French. She was suprised how much she understood. I said it reminded me of being borede and watching movies on the Spanish channel and then making up my own dialogue. I ended up in bed quite late and then we had to change our clocks forward so the time change is messing me up a bit at the moment. Luckily it doesn't really matter that much and all I have to do is prepare to fly to Mallorca on Thursday!

The flowers being ready to be planted in the square

It's nice to see green grass and blue sky

Flowers sprouting up in the beds. The white ones are called Snowdrops and usually spring up when all the snow has melted.
