Greek Vacation

So after 2 weeks I'm finally back. It's nice to have internet again. Greece was very nice and very relaxing and for the most part I lazed around the beach most of the time. It was great. But now I'm very happy to have my comfortable mattress again and no mosquitos buzzing around me while I'm trying to sleep and then biting me in strange places, like the palm of my hand. So I took lots of pictures, including most of the food we ate, and will promptly post them soon. I also brought a small little notebook and was smart and wrote down what happened each day so I could relay it back to you all, because I'm sure I wouldn't be able to remember 2 weeks worth of details after the fact. So after we've eaten some dinner and I've gotten my bearings I will be writing a post for each day with pictures, so there will be plenty for you to see. But just for a recap of today, luckily we didn't have to be at the airport too terribly early, but when we were in line and almost near the checkin counter, their computers went down, and we had to wait while they tried to get them back up. Well after about 30 minutes it wasn't happening so they had to check us and a bunch of other people in manually, so I had a hand written plane ticket. And when we got on the plane, because of the manual checkin, several people were given the same seat, so it ended up being a take whichever seat you can find type of flight. So of course we left late, but only about 30 minutes, but we arrived safely and with all our bags luckily. Then when we were on the train, both Andrea and Urs couldn't find their half price card, and the conductor couldn't find Urs in the system, so that turned into a bit of a fiasco. But now we're back, and I've managed to unpack and found 150 e-mails waiting for me, most of them junk. But I also found that I apparantly left something in our hotel. It's just a little case with my hair ties and such in it, but it's annoying all the same. So like I said, I'll start posting the rest of the vacation a little later, but here is a picture teaser for you.
